About The Artwork
The feeling of infinitely green and adaptive nature has become the starting point of creating the project "Green". Urbanization as an inevitable process absorbs nature. But nature, in hand tries to adapt with it. The plants grow through the concrete and wrap up piles of rubble. And what about us, human beings? Could we support nature equally with our interference within its world. This is a result of my deep reflection in a series of paintings and art objects.

I was born in Perm. Since 2012 I live and work in Sri Lanka. For the period from 2004 to 2013 took part in more than 50 exhibition projects, 20 of which were personal exhibitions. Exhibitions was in a different countries, such as Russia, France, Great Britain, Columbia. A lot of paintings in a private collections, galleries and museums of Russia, Germany, USA, France, Columbia, Great Britain, Sri Lanka. Paintings of Anastasia Georgievskaya are listed in the catalogues Russian Art 2012 and "Art Moderne et Contemporain» (France) Main exhibitions of last year: - 2013 July-August. Sri Lanka. Galle. Exhibition "Life space" in "Fort printers gallery" -2013 March. London. Participation in exhibition "Eternal Eve". -2012 September-October. Moscow.
