About The Artwork

Feel like running your head against a brick wall? the topic of this work is around the vital need to escape. Elements that emprison us, versus mental and physical escape. Mix of oil painting and a few collages of old newspapers.

Shipping & Returns

Delivery Time:Typically 5-7 business days for domestic shipments, 10-14 business days for international shipments.

My work is a blend of classical technics (oil on canvas, charcoal, pencil) and contemporary themes. Each piece is an “expression” surrounding one idea, one phrase or one icon. I like to put together a mix of elements, sometimes including different media (fabrics, newspapers). I prefer working on bigger formats, I feel they are more eloquent. The 60’s/70’s decades are for me an endless source of influences: not only does the art scene of this time inspires me for its iconography and colors, but the rage of those years has also been a constant source of creative energy: the “madness to live”, the fight for liberty, dreams and disillusions… and music. Roots music. Rhythm. The time I spent in America has been a totally new start point in my work.
