About The Artwork
She was walking down one of the narrow streets leading to the sea. Left side of it, composed of low two-storied buildings, was hidden in the shadow of spreading acacia trees, protecting pedestrians from July’s sun. It seemed as if she was lost in her thoughts, almost drifting through the heat, not noticing anything around her. She already crossed the arch bridge over the paved road and stepped into the bright spot of scorching asphalt stretching to the last intersection in front of the park. Squinting in the sun, she was walking consumed by her thoughts. “Listen to your heart” – someone’s voice pulled her out of her musings. She stopped short and glanced back at the stranger. He smiled to her and without slowing his pace started crossing the arch bridge. A smile brightened her face. It is going to be a good day.

It has always been my aspiration to discover myself in creativity. After graduating from a Law University I decided to study the classical drawing, painting, interior design. When the war in the eastern region of Ukraine started in 2014 my family mooved to Odessa. Everything changed in my life. But all these changes and difficulties gave an impetus to realise dreem of my life - to become an artist. My feelings transformed into color, my emotions into contrasts. The main idea of my creativity is to show through my paintings all the beauty and goodness of life and nature. I use bright colors and contrasts in my works. In portraits I always focus on the look, which should show the emotions and character of painting. Women on my canvases are primarily emotion. Behind their external beauty there is always a storm of feelings, a character, a story that makes each of my portraits unique. My works are in private collections in Norway, USA, Germany, Singapore, Serbia, Italy, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Turkey, China and Ukraine.
