Russia
Oleg Averchenkov Was born in Moscow in 1964. Graduated from the Moscow Art and Technical School Member of the International Art Fund. Member of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia. Participant in many exhibitions in Russia and abroad. Averchenkov's works are in the Council of Europe in Strasbourg. Awarded with diplomas and a commemorative medal of the governor of the Oryol region. Averchenkov's works and articles about him have been published in various publications. The inspirational impulse for the work of Oleg Averchenkov is impressionism and post-impressionism. However, relying on tradition, the artist managed to create his living and breathing world, kind and wise, in which the accuracy of the image is not so important, as his emotions. Averchenkov subtly feels nature and perfectly conveys any of its states. There is an unobtrusive emotionality in his works. Hello! I will add something for myself. The main tool I use is the palette knife. It is the closest tool to my temperament. The inspiring factors for me are nature and women. Namely: Lena, Natasha, Vera, Olia, Masha, Sveta, Tania, Ira, Marina, Ekaterina, another Ira, another Tania, another Olia, another Katia, another Sveta and others. And that's all. Because I am a virtuous and monogamous person. At the same time, I rarely draw women, I am only inspired by them. I love travelling, especially in the North. I love the polar day and polar lights. I name the rivers, lakes and waterfalls that I have discovered after my beloved women. It seems to me that I have given enough reasons to purchase my work.
