About The Artwork
A still-life painting of a few objects painted in Classical Realism style. This entire set-up was painted directly from life without utilizing photography to avoid distortion and in order to achieve maximum 3D depth. This artwork is one of a kind and is completed using many glazes of thin oil paints in the darks with thicker opaque lights, much like the techniques of the old masters. Pictures cannot recreate the depth of dimension and vibrancy of the layered colors. Painted on canvas board and comes in a simple wooden frame.
