Sava River is one of the symbols of Belgrade. When you are in Belgrade and you say, river Sava, people do not just mean river bank where you can stroll along. There are a lot of things that Sava river bank is famous for and not just river promenade. On the New Belgrade side of river, there is a lot of holiday houses, and clubs that often in the summer are gathering point for a lot of young people from all parts of the Belgrade. Also there are a little "slower" restaurants and cafes that you can spend Sunday morning, listening to subtle music and drinking coffee while looking at the other side of the river, or the water itself.
