This work was painted as a moving meditation. It is designed to be a healing space for the viewer's mind to enter and find calmness and equanimity. The original image is from the Charles Eames case study house in Los Angeles, a modernist classic of design. It also has an added bonus that when the piece is illuminated with a blacklight, an enhanced version of the image is revealed.
