About The Artwork
This is where Denmark ends. Grenen is the name of this place at the almost northern part of this wonderful country. Here the northern and the Baltic sea meet, so that you as a visitor can stand with your feet in two seas at the same time. The sea is called “Skagerrak” which is often very stormy and dangerous. But sometimes there is almost no wind and absolutely quietness, may be at a clear winter day as the painting shows.
