About The Artwork

"Harmonious Chaos" is an abstract painting that immerses the viewer in a cosmic universe of vibrant and contrasting colors. The title suggests an intriguing combination of harmony and chaos, reflected in the geometric shapes and complex strokes that intertwine on the canvas. The dominant tones of yellow and red merge into a visual spectacle of energy and vitality, while black, turquoise green, and blue bring a sense of depth and mystery to the composition. These colors intertwine in a kaleidoscopic dance, creating a dynamic balance between order and disorder. In the artwork, fragments of eyes, figures, and symbols can be glimpsed, seeming to emerge and dissipate among the geometric strokes. These elements add a layer of complexity and meaning to the painting, inviting the observer to explore and interpret the different shapes and patterns unfolding before their eyes. "Harmonious Chaos" is a work that challenges expectations, inviting the viewer to get lost in its labyrinth of colors and shapes, where the duality between chaos and harmony merges in an explosion of artistic expression.

Self-taught Visual Artist Ever since I was little, I liked to doodle on paper, sketch, drawings, but I did it more as a hobby, but I learned to love art with my older brother, Carlos Lopes, who is a geometry and visual arts teacher, watching him paint I started to paint some abstract paintings and then I started to I researched more about the world of art and he showed me the avant-garde artists who became my references and favorite artists. In 2018, he invited me to do an exhibition with him, and I already had a number of paintings already painted, and it was my first collective exhibition. I am passionate about exploring new forms of artistic creation, and I work primarily in the contemporary and abstract art styles. My artistic references include some of the great masters of the art world, such as Jean-Michel Basquiat, Jackson Pollock, and Pablo Picasso. I find inspiration in the simple things of my daily life, as well as in my travels and my imagination. I am always looking for new ways to express my creativity and to achieve different forms. I hope to inspire others to think differently and to see the beauty in the world around them.
