Art Description

Painting: Acrylic on Canvas.

In my latest series of work I investigate the psychological impact of colours and emotions and how they are closely linked in one’s subconscious. I aim to deliberately cross boundaries with my expression. I want to move beyond conveying external memories and feelings gained from human observation in my work process to reach deeper into my own psyche, and attempt to erase the line between the conscious and subconscious, allowing the canvas to become the tangible manifestation of my inner psyche. My plan making this artwork, was to have no plan.
