About The Artwork
I have the pleasure of driving on Iowa Highways in the Fall because my son plays college football and I drive to his games. I'm always driving at mid morning and at dusk or dark. I marvel at the colors and the patchwork of Iowa fields and foliage. This painting is my interpretation of the highway at dusk. This last weekend there was a storm coming in and the sunset colors were beautiful. This painting is abstract expressionist - my emotions guide what I paint. This painting is 12"x12"x.5" and is ink, salt, and lacquer on canvas. I really appreciate you viewing my art!
