It evokes an earthy sense of groundedness, but alight with softness with its white skies and is painted as a recollection of meanders through the country-side and bays where the artist grew up. It’s very subtle use of the odd bright colour, are a quiet nod to her now urban location and city location, reminiscent of decorated, and colourful graffitied laneways.
