I don't know how to build bird nest Painting

At work there are some sparrows that visit us occasionally. It's a joy to see them, can't imagine a world without them. I thought that in the bottom of the composition it resembles a birds nest. The painting has a lot of movement and interesting negative space. I tried to make the image, "heavy," on the right side by concentrating the ink marks on that side. I then think that I was able to balance the painting by the centrality of the paint. It is part of my mind set that traditional elements of design and composition need to be altered, perhaps in this way I seek to break the mold. When it comes down to it, we must all satisfy are own design and composition concerns, rather through illusion or disregard for basic principles.
