ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Memories working against time, now a fragmented piece of my past. Still, I see you in my dreams. My process in this work involves building up layers of acrylic painted paper on birch panel and scraping back down to a near-flat surface. See additional images for detail of texture. The wood panel sits an inch + 5/8 off the wall and has finished/painted edges (very dark blue); it can be hung as-is, or framed (back is mounted with picture wire). No glass is required if you choose to frame the artwork.
