In Giorgia Valli’s art (Italy, 1985) the dimension of the immanent, the everyday, the intimate merges with that of the imponderable, the eternal, the dream. Opposite worlds, but on which human nature is equally nourished, that mix, dialogue, annihilate and at the same time feed each other, in a fluid oscillation between the particular and the universal, giving life to a perfect unity, that leads to the place of intuition. A silent and gentle observer, Valli interprets reality by generating lyrical visions that belong to a dimension suspended in time and space. The world she gives us back is stripped of outer noise: what is other, outside of us migrates towards the deep space of the intimate, of emotion, of meditation.
