"I feel like I’m being swallowed whole. Part of me wants to… …just let go. I’m so tired. Aren’t we all so tired of this battle? Tired... Tired of wishing on a star. Tired of picking myself up…pushing myself. Tired of not being understood. Tired of climbing. Tired. I’m ready to drift off… …drift off into the unknown. Aren’t we all so tired? Sorry, old habits die hard. I know, I’m practicing. I’m learning. I’m starting over and going within again… but I need some boundaries right now. Let go. Let…go. I need to trust myself. Listen to my intuition and be patient. I am understanding, compassionate, and wise. Evolve, have fun, be adventurous and grateful. Thank you. Remember I am a work in progress. I am unique, creative, and carefree. Starting to feel overwhelmed, and scared. *breath* The fear is suffocating. Focus. Breathe. Focus. Stay calm. Okay, let’s begin again. I’m walking my own path. I am creating my own life. I am healing and moving forward. I’m breaking free of thought patterns that don’t make sense to me. Breaking free from beliefs that promote hate. I am breaking free from titles that I did not choose. I am breaking free from suffering and your pain. *breathe* I am finding my authentic self and choosing who I want to be. *breathe* I am letting go. I forgive myself, and I forgive you.
