We wear our history, stories, and experiences in our skin, whether we realize it or not. We carry it around, often feel the weight, but cannot always understand the relevance in our current lives.
Layers reveal so much more than what's on the surface, and in our modern everyday life, the surface is often deliberately crafted with painful precision to appear flawless.
But the story is lost, one becomes another face in the crowd, just an 'other'.
This categorization of 'otherness' makes it frighteningly simple for us to overlook eachother, cast judgment, make conclusions, move on, and leave ourselves a bit more alone.
A high-functioning introvert through and through, I'm bored to death of pleasantries and small talk.
I'm interested in where your facade is cracking. I want to know what you're made of.
