ABOUT THE ARTWORK

(Lyric from my favourite Florence and the Machines song, Shake it Out) I love the sky and all it encompasses, the colours, the movement, the emotion in the clouds, and the sense of wonder I feel when I lie back and look up. For me, the best light and colour is at dawn or dusk, where extremely clear and serenely emotive colours show us just how elegant and pure nature is. Painting these deep, rich, and passionate hues is always a pleasure, I feel at peace with the canvas and so the work blends and flows. This painting is ready to hang, simply unpackage and place it in prime position. With painted sides and varnish it is ready to go with no need for a frame, and it will be protected from almost any eventuality. There is a signature on the front and on the back is the Title, and date. All my works are accompanied with a Certificate of Authenticity.
