If we could stop and stay in the middle of the jump. The whole thing is the opposite of stopping. Bursting energy and a "smiling body". We treat the jump as one unit but it consists of so many small moments and changes - a moment before and a moment after and everything a little different - the movement of the hair, hands and feet, the breathing that stops for a moment. This stop is a momentary observation and a promise of change and power
