About The Artwork
I took an old bed down to the beach slate quarry and made it up to look real. I also placed a dummy in it to help get the right impression of someone sitting up in bed. When the weather turned bad I took it back to my studio and went out on an errand. My mother-in-law went into my studio to find me and had the fright of her life.
