"Last Spring Day" unfolds a poetic narrative on an 8x16-inch canvas, capturing the essence of a fleeting moment in time. The central figure, Harlequin, stands with an outstretched hand, a symbol of connection and anticipation. As Harlequin looks skyward, the canvas comes alive with the graceful presence of birds in flight. The sky, painted with the hues of a fading spring day, becomes a canvas within a canvas, reflecting the artist's mastery in capturing the nuances of the changing seasons. The title, Last Spring Day, suggests a poignant reflection on the ephemeral nature of beauty and the inevitability of change. The composition invites the viewer to immerse themselves in the harmonious dance between the whimsical harlequin, his outstretched hand, and the birds traversing the ever-changing sky. The choice of oil on canvas adds depth to the depiction, allowing the subtle interplay of light and shadow to enhance the emotional atmosphere. "More than just a painting, Last Spring Day is a visual poem that encourages contemplation on the transient beauty of nature and the importance of embracing each passing moment.

After graduating (Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts Department of Monumental Painting) works on the wall painting in the Orthodox churches of the Kharkiv diocese, Borispol, Cherkasy, Ukraine. "Mykola Dzvonyk has a peculiar manner of the artist, which is based on the traditions of "old painting", which appeals to the best examples of a painting of past eras, in particular the Northern Renaissance. Within Cherkasy, the artist creates works that are timeless and global in content." (Magazine, Prostir. Museum, Ukraine)
