Portrait of a German officer who has dealt extensively with military history. For this reason, the names of major battles from Marathon to Bakhmut (Ukraine) also appear in the background. The soldier pictured was thankfully spared from deployments abroad. His only "battlefield" was his barracks and hometown. lucky.
