A clear bright day at Coochin Creek with the sun breaking up the reflections and shadows on the small tidal waterway. The acrylic medium is what I use when I'm in the field. Lot's of my work comes about from field notes that can develop into paintings or are paintings from the beginning. This work was created en plein air and was always intended to be about the place and the day when and where it was completed.
