The artwork is part of the collection Blossom. All my paintings about women, personal way of meditation and art therapy, the opportunity to live “here and now”, enjoying in the moment. "Blossom" - I paint lilac and flowering when I want to calm down, find balance and harmony with the world and yourself and my mood is improving in the process of panting . Lilac for me is a magic button to switch from one state to another. After a long Russian winter and bad weather during 9 months (I think those who live in the Nordic countries will understand me), in spring or summer (yes, sometimes it only blooms in june) I have many long walks through the gardens and parks of our city of St. Petersburg, I take a lot of pictures, and then in the Workshop I try to convey my impressions of what I saw, the smells, first greens, awakened nature…..
