But women like Prabha, by re-entering and restarting her career at the age of 47, are setting a precedent for women not only in India, but across the world by saying that as long as you have a positive open minded attitude towards life and keep bitterness and hopelessness at bay, you can fully use any or all opportunities that life throws at you from time to time.Opportunities don't come into your life knocking doors, one needs to look out for them constantly and act on it. The story of Prabha Sharma isn't any different. Despite showing promise and potential as a young art student, her commitment and attention to her married life and family kept her away from her art career for almost 25 years. But when opportunity came, soon after her daughters left for college, she found it in herself to again plunge herself into the art scene, armed with an unwavering enthusiasm and the unconditional support of her loving family.
