MORE LOVE > less hate Painting

This piece was basically created because the only thing that we see on the news about Muslims is the bad. Looking at me you wouldn’t know that I am infact Muslim. I get asked crazy questions like you’re not afraid to just walk around covered looking like that in America. I get asked these things because people don’t understand that whats shown on the news isn’t us. Those are lost souls thinking that they’re doing good for a guy then they’re not. Islam is about harmony and love so I created this piece because of the hurt that we all feel when any of these loads are yelled at us. Notice in the painting I crossed all of the slurs out because I believe we should have more love in the world and less heat. People fear what they don’t understand and I believe that’s where these hurtful turns come from when it comes to Islam and Muslims.
