About The Artwork
Size HxW :60" x 60" (152 x 152 cm) This painting was created intuitively. During the creative process, I wasn't attached to specific images, but focused on internal impulses, emotions, the rhythm of my heart. As a result, I got a bright and expressive abstract painting. Light circles on a colorful background resemble circles on the surface of the water. In this I see a metaphor for how superficially I am concerned about the outside world. All the most important and bright is always hidden inside. I used shades of blue, ocher, amber and purple for this painting. I applied short confident strokes of different colors, so the surface of the canvas now looks like a mosaic. I also used the drip and drip method. This helped me especially when working with blue paint.
