About The Artwork
My first collection embodies the kingdom of femininity, freedom, and hopeful liberation. Each of us carry and tell an ever evolving story. All bodies deserve to be heard and seen. Similarly to the stigma of mental health, we also carry bias that has either developed or been thrust upon us by the greater ideals of societal realms. I hope through this work we can begin to disentangle and see ourselves through an enlightened and individualized perspective.

Libby has found immense joy and relief through the action of creativity in navigating mental wellness. As a suicide survivor, the human experience is central to her work. Through movement and process, Libby aims to accept and utilize mistakes, the raw self, vulnerability, and play to give catharsis and voice to all identities and bodies.
