From the series "go and come back and go again" The idea of ​​'following the white rabbit', of living outside the herd, makes itself present in the world of Eulogia Merle as a background, a veil that surrounds all his works, weaving together stories and characters present in his memory or unconscious, proposing alternate realities through a sort of magical realism that installs existential questions with a certain playful air, intentional and enthusiastic. Go, search, browse. The adrenaline generated by the uncertainty of the not wanting to know where to stay: that is where your strength lies creative, where each one of the scenes selected for this exhibition. The guiding thread, which allows you to leave your instinct free, leads her to continually reconsider her origins: America, Europe?, its course, its ways of life, its customs, adopted or acquired?, and yet not need to choose or rule out any of them. Eulogia tells us that the intention of the constant search, generates a series of characteristic features of an entire community that inhabits an intangible territory, where you can be here and there at the same time, where the unity is dual, the day can be the night, weather, seasons, smells, childhood and time they are what they seem and make up a "society of sheep black", of existential migrants. The choice of a split existence, in which history (as descendant of European immigrants) is combined with a personal need to search, leads her to a path of discovery, a journey plagued with eternal uncertainty, adrenaline, illusion and essentially, freedom.
