About The Artwork

Oil painting on canvas, able to preserve and share a memorable moment with the viewer. The work is done in a modern abstract style. It's amazing how the smudges that appear arbitrarily reproduce the exact design and the right mood. Each point, each detail has an important function, removing one - the picture will look different. The interest of abstract works is that everyone can see something your own, immerse yourself in thoughts, considering lines and textures. However, I would like the viewer to see and feel in this picture what the author feels. “I see in this picture still old Russia, the one in which I grew up. It seems that as a child I am driving in winter on the road from a small town to Moscow. I'm in the back seat of the car, looking around. To my left is a birch grove. What is behind the trees is completely invisible. It is also when you look at the neighbors' fence. Parallel bars merge together and it is hard to see the picture, you try to concentrate and lean a little to the left or to the right to understand what is behind the fence. Also here, in the car, I try to make out with strange movements what is hidden behind the gray birches. Birches are gray not because dirt from cars flies on them. On the contrary, it is a pleasant, beloved gray color that reflects the Moscow sky. I look to the right and see a clear, untouched field, as vast as MY Russia. Perhaps a hare ran somewhere there, perhaps these are the tracks of other animals. This is a top view, perhaps even from a helicopter. The thin tops of birches hang over the road and sway slightly from the slow winter wind. It's amazing how the composition was built! The painting was done with sharp splashing movements of the brush. And with each movement of the brush, I imagined more and more realistically how I was driving in the car from the corner of the second third of the canvas straight to the edge of the first third, it's beautiful. Perhaps the viewer will say that the whole picture looks gloomy, but this is not bad. Moscow has a special sky, it can be clearly seen on the outskirts of the city. Try standing by a tree at 14:00 in winter and throwing your head back. Look at the sky, it is magical, it is white-gray-blue, it is empty, clean. I imagine two croaking crows flying, all this is about my childhood. Or how in winter you walk around the shabby high-rise buildings in the outskirts of Moscow, get up near the corner of the house, raise your head up again and freeze. You hear the silence and see the deep blue sky - it's wonderful! The oil painting contains only two colors, this gives it a minimalist look. But I am sure that this work will never tire you. You can look at it for a long time, discovering more and more new meanings. Everyone will be able to see something of their own on this canvas, perhaps a hanging branch of a tree or a flock of birds in the sky. One thing is important - this work will not leave anyone indifferent. Everyone will involuntarily plunge into their memories, thoughts, smile or cry. This painting is a trigger, it will make you go back in time and re-live the moments of life. Oil painting 60x100 cm. Executed in black and white colors. The picture is completely ready for installation in the interior. It will suit both a minimalistic interior and fillings with flowers and furniture, as it will dilute the variegation. It is very important for me that you not only see the drawing on the canvas, but the feeling of emotion that I put into the work, because in each of my works I put a piece of my soul.

A native of Russia. I was born in Moscow in a family of doctors. Graduated from Moscow Art Academy of Watercolors and Fine Arts named after Andriyaka (but continue to study there to get more experience). Having a lively mind and restless character, I open to everything new. I love to travel. St. Petersburg, Paris, London, Madrid, Amsterdam - I was in the best museums in the world. And everywhere, like a sponge, absorbed the pictures of great masters, passing them through myself, then to express my emotions from what I saw on the canvas. My work is remarkable for the amazing accuracy of the density of tone and the sense of color. i'm not afraid to go my way. I look at the world with my eyes wide open. It leads to the enthusiasm of youth and excitement. My inspiration quote: "I like to accept the challenges of fate. Accept and win. Only in this way can I feel the fullness of life "
