I always LOVE exhibiting at the Prallsville Mill, in Stockton, NJ. Living and working most of my life in Industrial settings I am always attracted to the process. These wheels represent an old process of the mill. I have considered painting this scene for many years but knew how difficult it might be to define. Well, I was right! First time for everything ? I enjoyed bring life to the different types of wood and showing how time has affected the metals. The room itself is very wide open and i wanted to capture that atmosphere. Tom is an award winning Contemporary American Bucks County artist who has worked in the district for over forty years. Aside from a career in the Fine Arts, Tom is also a skilled craftsman who, over the years, has specialized in jewelry design and provided services for many of the local Bucks County jewelry stores. He was also the proprietor of a Pencil Portrait business. Today, he continues to create paintings for private collectors in addition to doing commissions.
