Mind-Full II was inspired by sleepless nights and over thinking. I can't sleep when I have a mind full of thoughts. I often have my best ideas at night; when my brain has had a day full of stimuli. Mind-Full II is a portrait of how I feel in the morning after a sleepless night full of ideas. I have so much going on in my brain that I don't know where to start. Crisp lines and blurred lines blend together in harmony in this portrait. The figure is tired but, yet alert and full of energy. This is a portrait of contrasts and possibilities. ***Canvas ships in a tube and is ready to mount on a 16 X 20 board for framing. Board and frame are not included.

I am a multi-media artist from Oro Valley, Arizona. I graduated from Texas Woman's University in spring of 1992 with a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts. I also have a Master’s in Bilingual Education from Southern Methodist University. My art work is an ongoing exploration of life and the world which surrounds me. I have always been fascinated with finding new ways of depicting emotions and moods through my use of line, movement, and texture. Creating art work is like a puzzle that I am constantly trying to solve.
