This phantasmagoric portrait of a strange and inexplicable creature is the result of both the artist's world of imagination and different ideas and experiences from the surrounding world. Contemporary art arises precisely from the need to surprise and awaken our curiosity. Nothing resembles realistic portrait painting, and this is what gives the painting its surreal and mysterious character. The work itself is on the border between abstract and figurative presentation. In this example as well, the artist draws inspiration from the most diverse sources, repeatedly conquering the multiplied cultural heritage, such as Expressionism, Pop-Surrealism, but also popular culture, comics and street, graffiti art. Crossing styles becomes a new source of renewal and strength. The unusual, imaginary portrait evidently contains elements of polymorphism. Distortions and deformations of the form in the manner of Surrealism give a specific expression to the hybrid portrait, which is part human and part animal. Thus, the drawing is not anatomically precise, but is free, imaginative, intuitive, playful, dynamic and represents the personal experience of the artist, expressed in an appropriate contemporary artistic language.

Serbia
Serbian contemporary artist, designer and decorator. He is best known to the general public for his design works created in relation to artistic research from fine art to applied art (design) with the aim of problematizing and pointing out the absence of strict boundaries between them in contemporary artistic expression. These works are characterized by an interest in postmodernist ornamentalism and a mixture of historical styles taken from modern art. Various conflicting stylistic codes from the history of contemporary art allow mutual transformations. It is actually about artistic creativity that erases the boundaries and differences between high and popular art, between fine art and folk art.
