About The Artwork
It is a Picasso inspired painting but updated. The Minotaur in 1933 was taboo and the woman appeared frightened. I reconceived the painting to show the woman smiling and the act of sex natural and pleasurable. The woman blends into the nature as she accepts her own sexuality. Trees and scene have been changed to show more vibrant exciting colors that are consistent with the twenty-first century. In addition a phallus was added to the Minotaur so the subjects could copulate. It is a reconceived Picasso painting.
