This was achieved with acrylic inks and paints. The ink and paint flow in a pattern depending on which way the canvas is tipping. When one achieves the desired look one must level the painting and let it dry. When one paints in this style for a while one gets very good at choosing the desired colours needed for a certain end result.

Born 1954 in Sarnia, Ontario,Canada my family moved to Ireland in 1960. In 1980 I moved back to Vancouver , Canada and embarked on a new journey. I studied Fine Arts at Simon Fraser University. I worked as a photographer in 1986 and photographed Princess Diana and Charles at the Russian pavilion. After Expo I moved into the film business for many years and always loved art so in my spare time I painted. I am influenced by my travels around the World and living in Ireland,England,Germany and Canada. France and Italy have had large influences in my later years and some third world countries have influenced my style and subject matter. I was always interested in art and started painting twenty years ago.
