About The Artwork
This piece was inspired by the splendid Hopovo Monastery, which is one of my favorites. The temple is located on the mountain of Fruska Gora in northern Serbia. The painting depicts the entrance to the Monastery with frescoes of orthodox saints. The artwork is created on canvas using acrylic paint. My hope is that everyone who sees this piece will feel the peace of this temple.
