My mother's dining chair Painting

I am a Dutch artist living in the United Kingdom. I work in a variety of media but mainly with acrylic paint and screen print. In my figurative work I aim to capture the atmosphere or emotion of my subject matter in an expressive way. Depending on the mood I'm in, this can be either using bold colours and shapes or a more delicate rendering. My abstracts are mainly about energy and composition but whatever style or technique I am using colour is a must!
