About The Artwork
This is a colorful painting is of the Myriad Gardens located in the heart of Oklahoma City. It blends various techniques from impressionism to a more contemporary style. The colors of the trees, flowers and reflections are vivid and bold. Great time was taken adding each color to each flower petal. The unique design of the 224' long 70' diameter Crystal Bridge, which houses a 13,000 square feet Tropical plant landscape, can be seen on the left on the painting. On the right a foot bridge with cascading blooms of bold flowers. Off center lies a path. It all leads to the Devon tower which dominates the Oklahoma City skyline at 844'. A blending of the old with the new architecture as nature patiently grows. This piece is ready to hang but I would suggest a classic frame. It is a standard size.
