Oil on canvas, ready to hang, framing is not required, the painted image extended around all sides, signed and dated by me. A Certificate of Authenticity accompanies this original artwork. I use all professional packing materials to make sure your artwork gets to you safely wherever in the world you may live. Amidst a veil of mist and turmoil, the captivating scene captures the raw power of nature's dance. The canvas portrays storm-tossed waves crashing with relentless force against the sturdy, weathered rocks that stand as steadfast sentinels against the mighty onslaught. Each wave's crescendo brings forth a burst of frothy white spray as if the sea itself is expressing its fervent emotions in a fervor of splashes and surges. The thick fog that enshrouds the landscape imparts an air of mystery and intrigue, cloaking the tumultuous seascape in an ethereal ambiance. This misty shroud obscures the far horizon, leaving only a hint of a distant rocky arch that seems to rise from the churning depths like an ancient guardian, solemn and silent amidst the turmoil. The interplay of elements - water, rock, fog - creates a symphony of contrasts. The violent clash of waves against unyielding stone, the delicate tendrils of mist that weave through the tumultuous scene, and the somber archway that bridges the visible and hidden realms, all combine to form a tableau of beauty born from chaos. As if echoing the sentiment of this natural spectacle, a few lines from the poet John Keats come to mind: "O ye loud Waves! and O ye Forests high! And O ye Clouds that far above me soared! Thou rising Sun! thou blue rejoicing Sky! Yea, everything that is and will be free!" Just as the waves persist in their eternal rhythm, and the rocks endure the ceaseless assault, so does the mystique of this image endure in the observer's mind, an indelible testament to the unfathomable power and beauty of the natural world.

Valentyna Rybkina was born in 1977. After graduating from National University with a Master's in Politology and Sociology, she started to oil paint in 2013 as a self-taught artist influenced by great artists like Aivazovsky. She invites you to remember with her paintings the sunny and happy places you may have visited or plan to visit again, to see how beautiful nature is. She hopes you can look at the colors of her painting, enjoy them, relax, and forget about your problems. Life is good ;) She is especially interested in oil landscapes (ocean and seascape) and has always been passionate about flowers - these are the main thematic focus of all her works.
