Nude on Sharp Rocks Painting

Ink on paper The ink I use under certain handling, creates yellow and blue hues. I begun working in this ink wash style in the late 90’s, and over the years my painting technique evolved and became from abstract to more illustrative. My nudes are usually done by the use of penna, brushes and a particular type of black ink. The development of this Ink Wash technique was influenced by “Penna e acquerello” works of artists belonging to both, the Rococo and Renaissance periods. My themes always revolve around the eroticism of the female figure. This piece was recently displayed on two exhibitions of my art, one in Bologna-Italy, and one in Athens-Greece.
