OUT OF NOTHING 1 Painting

In the painting “OUT OF NOTHING I (EX NIHILO I)” represents the first human emerging out of nothing as a cluster of stones that are capable of thinking. The first words derived from the human mouth were the names of animals that our ancestors spoke floating in the dispersion of living beings. The huge universe in which we exist was created out of nothingness and was organized into a simple matter which eventually became so complex that it is incomprehensible to us. Once upon a time there was nothing on this planet but bare rocks, and today we see an explosion of life. Our body is made up of material from the surface of this planet. We are all the planet Earth. This picture was conceived as a work in which the viewer drowning, that is why it is necessary to experience the original, or a full-size reproduction. Central figure of a man is the main character only if we look at the picture from a distance. As we move closer to the painting main character becomes the one on which we concentrate, and circular motion shoal of fishes drives our attention to the following fragment, not allowing us to dwell on a particular detail too long. Although the figure illustrates several different mythologies at once, it is actually an abstract image when we observe it from the distance; figures on it are recognizable as we approach to it. It is based on the type of incomplete symmetry where one side is more specific than other more diverse one, which leads us to the false conclusion that something somewhere is missing, something that unsuccessfully seek our views. Background of the image is shapeless gray color that represents the nothingness from which paradoxically flowers life. Although at first glance it seems that the action in the picture takes place in the water because of the multitude of fish that are there to circulate our attention, when we look closely, we see the coexistence of land, marine and flying animals. The man is separated from them in size, central location and appearance that do not even associate on a living being, let alone a man. He is only its beginning, amorphous earth that is just being divided into two separate beings like unicellular animals. This interpretation of the image is a recommendation for an explanation of the obvious, and for a deeper insight into the hidden messages you need to get familiar with my oeuvre.
