About The Artwork
I painted this picture from my mind as a way to say goodby to a gentle soul who just died. Normally sadness won. It rendered me to an immobile, frozen state, mal function for a long time. This time I decided to take it differently. With a drop of tear, I picked up a small brush and let go on paper… when I stopped. I saw a picture that old me to let go. Day has to end to let the moon shines.. the palm leaves waves in the breeze .. as my heart says "Good bye!" This becomes the first of a tropical series from my own imagination.
