Octopus Arms Painting

Expressing the details of octopus arm movements that are visible when they move gracefully underneath the ocean’s surface. Notice blurred octopus head floating along in the background as this octopus transforms its shape and color of its body. Acrylic paint was used to create a mixture of colors to blend together using layers; dark to light to create emphases on the details and to give the painting visual depth as though the octopus is real.
