This painting is called "Ohrwurmkolonie" (Colony of catchy tunes). In german for 'catchy tune' we say "Ohrwurm" . 'Ohr' means ear and 'wurm' means worm. So a catchy tune is like a worm in your ear which feels comfy while driving you or anyone around you nuts. Birds feed on worms so they hang around the headphones waiting for 'earworms' to come out. Pretty useful!
