'Old School' surfers Painting

Ernst Passchier (13-03-1959) lives in Noordwijk and draws and paints for his and other people's pleasure. Already drawn and painting as a child, he painted the first painting on the site, 'Delft Blue', when he was sixteen. However, after high school he (perhaps unfortunately) did not choose art, but work in his father's company and later as an independent entrepreneur in the sports industry. So painting and drawing faded into the background for a long time. In the last ten years he took up painting seriously again and with success because his work now adorns the walls in many living rooms. Ernst only paints with good quality acrylic paint. Ernst mainly works realistically, or as he calls it: 'robustly realistic'. Realistic with a clearly visible paint touch. All subjects appear on the canvas: from portraits and animals to landscapes. Ernst is inspired by the work of Lita Cabelut.
