Olive grove with centenary olive tree, mixed technique, acrylic, resins and glass wool. Vision of a landscape. The painting depicts a splendid Apulian landscape in Italy with warm colors, characteristic of the area. The Colorist depicts Apulian rural landscapes, places, to which he is particularly attached. The painting through brush strokes and spatulas, arouses tension and emotion. According to the Colorist, the work of art, original as a genre, classifying it only as a painting would be an understatement. Classifying it only as a sculpture would also be an understatement. As in the sculptural concepts it is a high relief on canvas. So a pictorial sculpture. The fusion of different materials, generate a unique - original! The high relief reaches 2 centimeters thick, giving the work magnificent plays of light and shadow. The natural light "captured" by the painting generates, according to the observer's positions, unique emotional sensations. The shades of the clear sky change to an archaic and hard brown-black of the tree trunk in the foreground with the leaves of a dark green. Thus contrasting the delicacy to the strong and hard clash. The centuries-old olive trees, synonyms of artistic thoughts that live over time, adapting to new eras, to new terrains, come to life in sculptural relief. The color thus takes on the final effect, no less important for this, on the contrary it completes the work. All the elements come together in a desired synthesis of, painting and sculpture.
