Once upon a time we went to school Painting

I began painting at a very young age, spending my early childhood in the studio of my grandfather, a renowned visual artist from Macedonia. The origins of my artistic creativity trace back to when I drew my first paintings under my grandfather's mentorship. I received my first award at the 27th Exhibition of the Macedonian Painters Union's young talents competition in 1988. Later, I continued to independently develop my talent in Slovenia, where I live and create to this day. Some years ago, possibly by chance or maybe as part of my destiny, I purchased the book "Mastering of Composition" by the Canadian author and painter Ian Roberts. This book changed my life and my view on painting. I joined many of Ian Roberts's students and was educated under his mentorship. Perfecting painting is a continual process of learning. My approach to composition and mastering it is an endless journey. All the knowledge has awakened in me a tremendous potential for artistic expression. Everywhere around me, I see compositions that inspire. The world of my paintings has become a parallel universe where I prefer to spend my time, and here, time loses its dimension. The canvases whisper to me, inspiring with their beauty. Beauty is now the guide of my artistic journey. To feel and transfer this beauty into a painting composition on the canvas, to play with it and modernize it until it becomes alive, is fundamental to inspiring those who will see it. Beauty is infinite, as is the endless space on the horizon, the light or darkness inviting you to touch it, and even if you try to approach it, you can never fully reach it; it's always further away, and that is the magnet you aspire to. My paintings express this beauty, the infinite creativity of nature, which is unique and so varied in all seasons and influences. This endless play of light and shadow is something that stirs my spirit and glows within my creation.
