Lion - the king of the animals. In the ancient times, kings held them like an icon of the royal authority, lions helped when it came to hunting. Images of lions were frequently used for decorating buildings, in order to keep them safe. Aristocracy craved to be linked with the lions power and courage. 2000 years ago, a Chinese sage called Mi Ti, offered the rulers to promote people to respect others not with power, wealth, courage, but with love. He said: "If you raise your people to appreciate wealth, power - they will appreciate just that. Raise your people to appreciate love and they will appreciate love." I think that that time is coming. It depends on us, whether we will make it come faster. I want Mi Ti teaching to succeed. Frame is not required.

Nulla ars imitari sollertiam potest naturae*, i am just an observer, an examiner. Nature is my spiritus movens*. I am fascinated of pure earthly, physical appearance, animal. I do not pull my heroes from the kingdom of supernatural fantasy, I do not try to go beyond reality. In my laboratory I grow animals “from thin hair to thin hair”. The smallest, barely visible details I am trying to paint microscopically consistent, just photographically. In canvas I restore natural existence, perfect creation of nature – animal. Trees, butterflies, birds are those things guiding us forward, into something that is eternal Longer than our life journey. My artwork is not marked by time, it is timeless, it does not have a beginning or an end, it is eternal, just like the nature. *No art can match to the ingenious nature.
