Paradise trip Painting

This work inaugurates a new cycle of my attempts to incorporate familiar gods, goddesses and all things magical into the earthly landscape. This time I was inspired by the language of Oren Fischer and even placed a couple of his characters on a scooter in the Galilean landscape where I have been living for a year now. It seems to be very impressive. Paradiso is readable, but it is not an expulsion from Paradise, but a return. The overall state is dictated by the intense merging of the masculine and feminine on all, the highest and deepest, levels. It is felt as a powerful heat, a fever that encompasses and grips the viewer immediately. Oren Fischer was also impressed when he wrote to me about it. Whatever space the painting is in, it fills it with this constant radiation. As for the technique - it's mixed. There's mastichin, pastel, ink and pen. Whatever it took.
