As paradox is an illogical situation, unexpected and does not coinside with common opinion, the image born on the linen, created the same association in my mind. So it seems to be just a simple animal, a sheep, but a couple of things - his clothes and look - contradict this beast's essence. We know sheep to be silly, sluggish, always chewing something, but in my case this sheep embodies nobility. His garments show that he belongs to the elite, his look is calm and profound, thoughtful and wise. Perhaps, he is not of that noble society but a chainless painter, a poet, native of world of art. The picture is painted with oil and acrylic underpainting. The basic color "spot" comes on the animal's muzzle and its clothes. The snout is painted in pastel shade according with the imaginary light reflection. The use of the blue, green, mixed purple colors, the fur which is not traced at all, the distinct outline shows expressionism style, partly naive. The background is tranquil, smooth, sole coloured gives the whole attention to the character.
